  • Ion Rosé 2018

Sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards, Lodi, CA winery Ion pays homage to dry, mineral-driven, Provencale style Rosés. Winemaker Ben Flajnik's "slow and low" process emphasizes high acidity and low alcohol. Fermented at very low temperatures in all stainless to maintain freshness and brightness, then kept on the lees for four months to create additional depth and character. 48% Pinot Noir, 31% Zinfandel, 15% Cinsault, 6% Grenache. $18

  • Kivelstadt "Twice Removed" Rosé

Intentional Rosé (approx 60% Carignane, 40% Grenache Noir) from certified organic, dry farmed Venturi Vineyard in Mendocino County (California) AVA. Carignan vines were originally planted in 1946, with Grenache vines planted in 1980. High acid, low alcohol and decidedly Provencal style, with eight hours on skins for salmon color. Foot stomped, whole cluster fermented, inoculated yeasts and completely stainless steel aged. 576 cases. $20

  • Chateau Henri Bonnaud "Steff" Rosé 2018
