* Okay...the Julia's Dazzle isn't--strictly speaking--a Rosé, but an "orange wine", made from Pinot Gris grapes. It's orange (and looks like a Rosé) because Pinot Gris is a white grape, but has copper-colored skins, and when the pressed juice stays in contact with the skins, it picks up a pink/orange hue. It's a beauty!
